Machine tool description: The feed axis of this machining center is controlled by X, Y, and Z coordinates, the spindle is driven by a servo motor, and the tool magazine capacity is 16-24. It can complete drilling, milling, boring, expanding, reaming, tapping and other complex parts such as various disks, plates, shells, cams, molds and other complex parts in one clamping. The three-axis linear rail structure Used in single-piece and batch production of various complex parts in various industries. The processing is programmed and the production cycle is shortened, so that users can obtain good economic benefits.
The VMC series vertical machining center adopts a vertical frame layout. The column is fixed on the bed. The spindle box moves up and down along the column (Z direction), the slide moves longitudinally along the bed (Y direction), and the worktable moves laterally along the slide (X to) structure.
Large parts such as the bed, worktable, slide, column, spindle box, etc. are all made of resin sand castings, and have undergone two aging treatments to eliminate stress. They have good stability and high strength to ensure the stability of the machine tool’s long-term accuracy. It provides guarantee for the stability of machine tool performance. These large parts are optimized and designed using SolIdworks and Ansys. Reasonable structural strength and reinforcement are used to improve the stiffness and stability of the large parts and the entire machine, effectively suppressing the deformation and vibration of the machine tool caused by cutting forces.
The ball screws driven by the X, Y, and Z axes adopt C3-level double-nut preloaded ball screws provided by HIWIN, a professional supporting manufacturer in Taiwan. The bearings at both ends of the ball screws use imported P4-level 60º contact angle screw bearings. The screw support adopts a pre-stretched structure, which greatly reduces the impact of thermal deformation on accuracy during long-term operation of the machine tool.
The Z-axis servo motor has an automatic brake function. In the event of a power outage, the brake can automatically hold the motor shaft tightly so that it cannot rotate, which plays a role in safety protection.
