1.The whole machine has good rigidity and is easy and flexible to operate. It can perform end milling, drilling, enlarging, boring, tapping and other processing processes. It has a wide range of uses and is especially suitable for processing various two- and three-dimensional concave and convex models with complex shapes and complex cavities and surfaces. It is more suitable for batch processing of parts in enterprise production workshops. It is suitable for processing small and medium-sized boxes, covers, plates, shells, disks and other parts in industries such as high-precision molds, automobiles, motorcycles, aviation, aerospace, instrumentation, light industry and textile, electronic instruments and machinery manufacturing. It can perform end milling, drilling, enlarging, boring, rigid tapping and other processing processes.

2.The machine tool base, column, spindle box, workbench and other basic parts are all made of high-strength lost foam casting technology. The internal metallographic structure is stable, ensuring the high stability of the basic parts. The casting structure has undergone machine tool dynamics analysis and finite element analysis to make its geometric structure more reasonable, and the appropriate matching with the reinforcing ribs ensures the high rigidity of the basic parts. The machine tool base is wide and solid, with a fully load-supported design. The structure conforms to the advanced design concept of material mechanics, ensuring heavy load capacity during processing.

3.The high-speed and high-rigidity spindle unit is combined with a servo spindle motor; X/Y/Z uses high-torque servo motors.

4.X/Y/Z uses high-precision and high-strength ball screws with Japanese NSK ball screw special pair bearings.

Features

Spindle

It adopts Taiwan’s famous brand high-speed, high-precision and high-rigidity spindle unit, and all important parts have been strengthened; it adopts world-renowned brand P4 grade spindle special bearings and is lubricated with KLUBR NBU15 grease. The entire spindle is assembled under constant temperature conditions. After completion, they all undergo computer balance correction and running-in testing, making the entire set of spindles have a long service life and high reliability.

The spindle can achieve stepless speed regulation within its speed range. The spindle is controlled by a built-in encoder in the motor, which can realize spindle orientation and rigid tapping functions.

Tool magazine

It adopts high-quality 16 or 24 high-speed automatic tool changing tool magazine, which has accurate tool changing, short time and high efficiency. It has been tested for millions of operations and meets the reliability requirements; it can be configured with bucket hat type or The disc-type tool magazine and hat-type tool magazine have a damping structure, which can reduce the impact during movement and ensure the service life of the tool magazine.

Transmission

The screws and nuts are processed, ground, assembled and quality controlled in a constant temperature workshop to ensure their high-precision stability.

Cutting cooling system

Equipped with a large-flow cooling pump and a large-capacity water tank to fully ensure circulating cooling;

The end face of the spindle box is equipped with a cooling nozzle, which can be water-cooled or air-cooled, and can be switched at will. The cooling process can be controlled through M code or control panel.

Equipped with a cleaning air gun for cleaning machine tools.

Pneumatic system

The pneumatic triplex can filter impurities and moisture in the air source to prevent impure gas from damaging and corroding machine tool components. The solenoid valve group is controlled by PLC program to ensure that spindle tool unclamping, spindle tool clamping, spindle air cooling and other actions can be completed quickly and accurately.

Machine tool protection

The machine tool adopts a protective room that meets safety standards, which not only prevents coolant from splashing, but also ensures safe operation and a pleasant appearance. Each guide rail of the machine tool has a protective cover to prevent chips and coolant from entering the machine tool and protect the guide rails and ball screws from wear and corrosion.

Lubrication system

The guide rails, ball screw pairs and support bearings all use centralized automatic thin oil lubrication. Each node is equipped with a quantitative oil separator, which regularly and quantitatively injects oil into each lubrication part to ensure that each sliding surface is evenly lubricated, effectively reducing friction resistance. It improves the movement accuracy and ensures the service life of the ball screw pair and guide rail.

Chip removal system (Optional)

The Y-axis split protection structure allows the iron filings generated during the machining process to fall directly onto the bed. The large inclined surface structure inside the bed allows the iron filings to slide smoothly into the drawer-type chip removal box in the water tank, which is then filled with iron filings regularly. The chip removal box can be pulled out for manual cleaning, which is simple, practical and economical.
