1. When installing fixtures, please pay attention to the limit speed of the selected fixtures.
2. CNC machine tools have strict requirements on power supply. If the fluctuation of the user’s power grid exceeds ±10%, a voltage stabilizer must be added, otherwise the CNC machine tool will not work normally, and even unpredictable results will occur.
This machine tool is a flat bed machine tool with high speed, high precision and high reliability. The main components such as the bed base, the bed, and the bedside box are all cast from high-strength materials to ensure the stability of the machine tool for long-term use.
The machine tool adopts a flat bed structure and is equipped with high-precision preload Taiwan linear rolling guides. The servo motor is directly connected to the lead screw through a large-torque low-inertia elastic coupling. Compensate the influence of thermal deformation on the accuracy of the machine tool during long-term operation to ensure positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy; the machine tool has high position accuracy, smooth chip removal, and is suitable for high-speed and high-precision machining.
High-speed, high-precision, high-rigidity shell-type spindle unit and servo spindle motor can achieve higher spindle speed. The spindle unit is assembled in a constant temperature room. After assembly, it has been run-in at a constant temperature for 72 hours, and then it has been tested for 72 hours after being installed on the machine to ensure the reliability of high-speed and high-precision performance.
The tool arrangement method is adopted, the tool change speed is fast, and the positioning accuracy is high.
