1.  Lathe bed
It adopts an integral lathe bed made of high-quality cast iron. The main rail surface of the bed is hardened and ground, with a hardness greater than HRC48, and has high precision and wear resistance.

2. Spindle
The main shaft has a three-support structure. The main support is the front support and the middle support. It adopts double-row cylindrical roller bearings with large load capacity. The rear support is an auxiliary support. The front and rear ends of the main shaft are equipped with oil sling rings and labyrinth seals, which are waterproof to the outside and to the outside. Good internal oil-proof effect. The spindle overhang is short and the rotation accuracy is high. The inner and outer tapers of the spindle are ground after quenching.

3. Feeding system
The feed system uses FANUC servo motors and driving devices, which have the advantages of wide speed adjustment range, fast dynamic response, and smooth low-speed operation. The AC servo motor directly drives the longitudinal carriage and transverse carriage to achieve semi-closed-loop control of the whole machine. The X and Z axes use pre-loading to eliminate gaps and improve the rapid movement speed and positioning accuracy in the X and Z directions.

4. Drag board
The guide rails of the large carriage are plastic-coated, and the guide rails of the medium carriage adopt dovetail guide rails to reduce friction and enable low-speed crawling. The guide rail surface and ball screw are lubricated with a timed and quantitative lubrication system.

5. Knife holder
The tool holder adopts a 4-station vertical CNC rotary tool holder, which can ensure the reliability of the machine tool’s cutting accuracy and repeatable positioning accuracy of 0.005mm.

6.Tailstock
The tailstock is composed of upper and lower seats, with a rack stop mechanism. The tailstock is equipped with an unloading device for manual movement, which reduces the labor intensity of workers.

7. Machine tool protection, lighting and cooling system
The machine tool adopts a semi-enclosed protective cover.
The machine tool is equipped with lighting devices. (Lamp LED, 220V, 40W)
The machine tool is equipped with a cooling device. (used for cooling during processing)
The above implements corresponding industry standards and national standards

8. CNC system
Adopts FANUC system. This CNC system has linear interpolation, arc interpolation, tool position compensation, tool radius compensation, gap compensation, thread cutting, thin operation panel, and Chinese display.
