SAL4565 CNC vertical lathe is suitable for processing various cast iron, cast steel and alloy non-ferrous metals, non-metallic materials and other workpieces. It can turn internal and external cylinders, planes, grooves, cones, arcs, etc. It can meet different batch production requirements, with high efficiency and stable and reliable accuracy. For processing (80-132) national standard and non-standard electric motor casings, a special hydraulic tooling fixture is designed. It greatly improves the processing efficiency and reduces the labor intensity of workers. And it can realize the machining of the upper and lower planes of the motor casing, the seam, and the iron core in one cut (divided into rough and fine turning). The later assembly accuracy and noise of the motor have been greatly improved.
