Recently, our company received an inquiry. A distributor approached us. His client needs to machine hydraulic cylinder barrels and requires us to provide a manual lathe with a through hole diameter of 150mm, a swing diameter of 600mm, and a length of 3000mm.
What is hydraulic cylinder tube cylinder barrel?
Hydraulic cylinder tube cylinder barrel is the key component of hydraulic cylinder. It is a hollow cylindrical structure, mainly made of metal materials (such as carbon steel, alloy steel, etc.). Structurally, there is a smooth bore inside the cylinder barrel to accommodate the piston and seals, and the piston reciprocates in the bore of the cylinder barrel, thus realizing the conversion of hydraulic energy and mechanical energy. The CLD6163 is a general purpose large hole metal cutting machine suitable for turning internal and external cylinders, cones and other rotating surfaces, turning a variety of metric and imperial threads, drilling and pulling oil grooves, etc. This series of machine tools is suitable for processing cast iron, steel and various non-ferrous metals and other materials.
