How to use small CNC milling machine to process machine parts

Small CNC milling machines are characterized by small size, flexible functions, and simple operation. 1.Preparation:

Be familiar with the processing drawings and requirements, and determine the processing technology. Select a suitable fixture to fix the workpiece on the CNC milling machine table.Install the required tools.

2.Tool setting:

Use the tool setting instrument or manual method to determine the position of the tool in the workpiece coordinate system. Enter the tool setting value to establish the relationship between the workpiece coordinate system and the machine tool coordinate system.

3.Programming:

According to the processing technology and drawing requirements, use CNC programming software or manual programming to write the processing program.

The program should include information such as tool path, cutting parameters, feed speed, etc.

4.Transfer program:

Transfer the written processing program to the control system of the CNC milling machine.

5.Processing operation:

Start the CNC milling machine and select the automatic operation mode. The control system controls the spindle, worktable and tool of the machine tool for processing according to the program instructions. During the processing, pay attention to the operating status of the machine tool and adjust the feed speed and cutting parameters in time.

6.Measurement and inspection:

After processing, use measuring tools to measure the size and shape of the workpiece. Check whether the workpiece meets the processing requirements, and make corrections or rework if necessary.

7.Cleaning and maintenance:

Clean the chips and debris on the workbench. Perform daily maintenance on the CNC milling machine, such as lubrication, cleaning, and checking the working status of each component.
